It took us a long time to pluck up the courage to stop and eat at Tima-Irma, mostly because its Old Town location made us a little apprehensive about what we were going to get. We were only fooling ourselves in retrospect, as the traditional food at this classic spot is as good as any we’ve come across in the country. Tima-Irma has been a staple of the Mostar culinary scene for well over three decades, and its current popularity hints at another three decades of succulent meat and joyful eating to come.
