Jokkmokk (named after a Swedish town) has an incredible array of cheeses whose aroma nearly knocks you down upon entering. Dozens of other shops in Eindhoven will sell you the standard yellow stuff, but the cheese sold here is a cut above the rest. A wide assortment of gourmet delicasies are also available and there’s usually plenty of cut cheese to taste.
