Sooner or later, all roads lead to Brasserie Top. This mix of a brown bar and Dutch cafe is situated in the heart of the city, straight across from the local tourist information office (VVV). Slouching on comfortable sofas and chairs you can choose from its extensive, yet simple and boring menu, which offers good value for money. Try the Double Burger, which fills you up the rafters. If you're lucky, you can get a seat on the (heated) outdoor terrace overlooking the market. Good place for coffee as well!
