At Le Petit Farcis, cooking classes and street food tours are offered by a food writer and cooking teacher, Rosa Jackson, and her team of local food experts. Le Petit Farcis is located in the Old Town, at 12 Rue Saint Joseph, just a five-minute walk from the famous Cours Saleya Market. There are 8 participants per class and each participant is able to choose whether to cook red meat, fish, or totally vegetarian dish.
