Another stylish brewhouse in the centre of Niš, Biro Kafeterija wouldn’t be out of place on the streets of Dorćol or Vračar in the capital. It wouldn’t be out of place in London or Paris either, its modern vibes offering the visitor plenty of charm and no small amount of caffeine. There are fresh juices and cocktails as well, although we don’t know how well a Pink Paradise goes with an Affogato.
