Try it at Ohrid’s recommended Biljanini Izvori restaurant, where you can choose your own from the live ones swimming in the tanks outside, and if you’re feeling especially adventurous, ask for a bowl of čiorba, a local soup made from the aforementioned animal that’s for reasons that escape many popular at breakfast time.
