Home to the National Art Gallery since 1948, the 15th-century Daut Pasha Hamam was built by the eponymous Pasha himself, supposedly for his harem. The 13-domed building was designed for separate male and female bathing with the two large domes at the front marking the original dressing rooms and the smaller domes covering the individual bathing rooms. As well as housing a small permanent collection of art, the building also serves as a modest venue for classical concerts and other events.
