Among many pastry shops selling sweets in the centre of the Old Bazaar, K8 is an original American bakery. Their cheesecakes and muffins taste delicious, especially when combined with a coffee of choice. It's a superb place to spend a while with friends and to treat yourself to something sweet.

My husband found this cake shop in a travel book. I am Macedonian and this is far far away from the best for anything. We had there coffee, ice-cream and 4different cakes. Cakes were just sugar on the plate(no taste, no flavours) coffee was definitely not good. Ice-cream was OK. Atmosphere was 0,dark,chairs all ripped and old. I would not recommend any tourist who loves sweet treats to go there.
