This small airport is seven miles north-east of Londonderry on the main A2 Londonderry to Coleraine road and is handy for the North West and Co. Donegal. To get to town by bus: take Ulsterbus Service No: 143 to Foyle Street Bus Station, Derry and Service No: 234 from Coleraine.

city of derry airport great its a pity that ryanair dont fly in there any more from bristol

Very handy little airport, however they have stopped the flights to and from Bristol. As I live in Wales, it is too far to travel to other UK airports to fly to Derry so there is no option but to fly to Belfast now and arrange for my friend to travel to pick me up! I hope they re-instate this route soon so i can continue to use Derry airport to pop over for weekends again!!
