Feast on Titanic's gourmet delights as you overlook the loughshore from where she was launched. Conor McClelland, Proprietor and Head Chef of Holywood's Rayanne House, has meticulously re-created the last dinner served to first class passengers on-board this iconic ship. And the menu is as sumptuous as you'd expect, with nine lavish courses boasting everything from champagne-laced asparagus and watercress salad to filet mignon topped with foie gras and truffle.

Dating back to 1886, this five star Co. Down guesthouse is the perfect setting for such a unique dining experience. Not only does the grand residence's decor reflect that of the ship's opulence, but a recently unearthed print by esteemed artist JW Carey clearly shows Titanic sailing down Belfast Lough with Rayanne in the background.

As Conor explains, "Titanic would have sailed down the Lough past Rayanne House on her maiden voyage on April 10th 1912. And we have the print on display in the dining room for everyone to see."

So, as you gaze towards the Lough and graze on your extravagant meal, imagine the graceful Titanic as she slips seaward towards her destiny. A more poignant and evocative evening out would be hard to find...
