Tucked down an alleyway behind the Cathedral Quarter's Premier Inn is this stylish restaurant whose food is among the classiest in the city. The lunch and a la carte menus are a beautiful balance of local delicacies combined with the finest of international touches. Each plate's serenely presented produce sits perfectly with the laid-back, kitchen theatre interior. The name comes from an 18th century secret society of United Irishmen who met in the area. Their story is told in a series of paintings displayed along the lane.
