What was once The Deer's Head pub has been reborn as this cool drinking, dining and, coming soon, nightlife hub. The traditional Victorian booths have been given a coat of crisp white paint, and the ceiling boasts a statement lightbox art installation. The menu is a step-up from the usual pub grub (mussels, sweet cure pork, slow braised beef cheek...) and served on quaint, mis-matched crockery. Delivered by the creative team behind the equally stylish Love & Death Inc, this latest Belfast venue looks set to become another city centre classic.
