Happy Italy participated in the Hap Stap Festival in Tilburg for the first time in the summer of 2013, and with great success. There was a huge queue of people waiting to buy a pizza for only two shiny coins, which is a reasonable price for a full belly. Hap Stap only lasted one weekend, but Happy Italy is still a favourite among locals in the know. It serves tasty pizzas, antipasti and salads for affordable prices and it’s a great place for large groups of people including kids. Although the place is quite large, the décor is trendy and the luxurious couches on the radio square look inviting. You can also order takeaway if you’re not in the mood to linger.
