Lakeside restaurants in Ohrid have a bit of an unfair advantage when it comes to attracting custom, as the combination of the lake stretching out in front of you and simultaneously lapping underneath is almost impossible to beat. It is easy for the food to take a backseat, but Taverna Momir leaves nothing to chance —the fare here is excellent. A fine spot for an afternoon lunch or a romantic lakeside dinner, to say the least.
