A 1937 oil-mill with stone grinders, hydraulic presses and decanting basins, as well as other fully functioning machinery, illustrate every detail of olive oil making tradition. The exhibition is destined to become more popular over the next few years as it gathers more tools, utensils and objects that help depict rural labourer’s lives in Montiferru.
