Set in the heart of the Old Town, this is one of the traditional markets of Pamplona. The area hosts numerous workshops as well as stalls related to gastronomy and fresh products. The place is particularly active during the holidays. Mercado de Santo Domingo is busy when it’s time to cook for Christmas or bake roscos (round cakes) for Saint Blas in February.
