​Be it a lazy Saturday morning or a gentle ease into a busy work day, Pochlebna is a great breakfast option (served 9:00-12:00 during the week, and 9:00-13:30 on weekends) offering fresh-out-of-the-oven baked goods, a selection of homemade spreads, organic free-range eggs, vegan pancakes, and tasty coffee in a bright and modern two-level interior.
 

As an artisanal bakery, traditionally-baked breads and pastries (including gluten-free options) are the specialty here, but the afternoons also offer a wide range of lunches - served 12:00-16:00 on weekday and right after breakfasts on weekends. The lunch offer includes light, health-minded soups, salads, and main courses - local cuts of meat, as well as vegan and vegetarian options. There's a stellar wine list, including many Polish vintages, to pair with the contemporary cuisine, and Pochlebna's in-house dietician also oversees their delicious fit desserts. While their excellent next-door sister establishment Szynkarnia pairs local products with craft beer, here the pairings are with wine and Pochlebna smoothly transitions into a wine bar in the evening. Together these two recommended venues bring some much needed manners to Pasaż Niepolda.
