An interesting church with a Gothic tower whose key feature is a ‘millennium clock’ complete with a moving figure of St Adalbert. Much of the church was destroyed by fire and its interiors were thereafter treated with a baroque brush. Outside are the only skeletal remains of the ancient city walls which once ringed Gniezno.
