Simply choose your 'burger' patty - millet ('Jaglanex'), vegan pastrami (seitan), chickpea ('Cieciorex'), tofu or their monthly special - pick your sauce and whether you want it in a bun, wrap or bowl, and then leave the rest to the riot grrrls on the grill, whose assembly line efficiency is something to behold. The interior is as simple as the menu, and, as if their hipster cred could possibly be in question, Krowarzywa has their own bottled, kombucha and matcha.
