Elegant and refined, Kuchnia (English: The Kitchen) offers a daily-special menu of international delicacies served with a splash of wine; typical offerings include steak, fish, and seafood. Like most restaurants in Bydgoszcz, the service can be somewhat standoffish and the dishes a bit too ambitious compared to the chef's abilities, but the outdoor seating is a major plus during the warm season.
