Park Kuźniczki

The former estate grounds of Kuźniczki Manor, which was known by its German equivalent Kleinhammer from the 18th century until after WWII, this park was considerably bigger until the railway line was put through in the 19th century. It then became property of Danziger Aktien-Bierbrauerei (The Gdańsk Brewery), the remnants of which have been incorporated into the modern apartment blocks just to the north. As it was with ul. Wajdeloty, the park has recently undergone a makeover as part of the neighbourhood’s restoration.
