Serwus

In Polish, Serwus is another way of saying "Hey there!" and can be used at any time of the day. Likewise, the friendly staff at Bistro Serwus in Gdynia Orłowo are ready to welcome you day and night, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or something in between. While the quality of food is high and the ingredients are always seasonal and fresh (you wouldn't expect any less!), it's the proficiency and speed of the service (or should we say serwus again?) that is what pushed them to add 'Bistro' to the front. However, one shouldn't be dissuaded by that pointer, as both the venue and the menu are outstanding.
