Europe's (and possibly the world's) deepest underground pub is surprisingly still a bit of a secret, even around Silesia. Well, it's here, and quite a novelty to visit, even if you choose not to go on the full tour of the Guido Mineshaft, where the pub is to be found, it costs 10zł to enter. To get 320m below the surface, you travel down via the mineshaft's lift, with hardhat firmly in place, and are then guided to the Pump Hall, part of Strefa K8, where you can see a concert, exhibition or other cultural events which are often held here. As for the pub itself, you can try the mine's very own brand of beer, and eat some Polish/Silesian grub like Żurek soup and Bigos. Emerge from your underground cavern the same way you came in, dazed by the sunlight...
