Not much surprise that in Chorzów's finest hotel you would also find its finest restaurant. Wonderfully elegant French interiors feature pristine antique furnishings with a few columns and credenzas to match the fine table settings. The menu of consisting mainly of Polish dishes is such a masterpiece that it even makes delicacies out of the local Silesian fare. Start things off with a light appetizer before graduating on to the sumptuous Silesian beef roulade. The desserts are also to die for. Very impressive start to finish.
