Monika offers individual yoga instruction for foreigners in English (and Poles too!), and can bring the lesson to you - wherever is convenient. Her classes combine hatha yoga with meditation, pranayama and body centring techniques, and can be adjusted to meet any skill and experience level. Lessons typically last 75mins a d cost 100zł.
