Located in Łódź's famous Manufaktura post-industrial shopping mall, Al Dente Pasta & Bąble Bar is a new restaurant on site, representing Italian cuisine. They specialise in pastas and they make their own. Additionally, the menu is rich in pizzas, especially Neapolitan-style with that chewy, crispy crust that's so beloved the world around.

Seafood lovers will be excited to check out the pacific and dutch oysters in the menu in various dishes. The "bąble" (Polish for "bubbles") part of the name means that there is prosecco on board - and what's more, it's on tap! But it's Aperol-based drinks that dominate the beverages list.

In the summer months the restaurant garden is opened with deck chairs and sofas. The summer also sees an expanded non-alcoholic beverages menu.
