Opened in 2002 Galeria Łódzka became the first modern shopping center in the city, with some 150 retail units occupying a space of 45,000 sqm.
The inside is stunning, too!
Food-wise there’s the standard mall mix, with all the big Yank franchises represented, as well as Costa Coffee, Starbucks, Kuchnia Marche, Wasabi Sushi, Berlin Döner Kebap and Crazy Bubble Tea. Ranked as Europe’s Best Shopping Centre in the 2004 ICSC Awards, Galeria Łódzka has realized its expansion plans by introducing brands to its tenant portfolio like Peek&Cloppenburg, H&M, JD Sports, Media Markt, Empik, Hebe, Lidl and many others. It’s within walking distance from Piotrkowska street, though car owners can choose from 1,400 parking spaces (the first hour is free).
