Grunt i Woda

When the weather gets warm, Varsovians head to the river, and the area around Płyta Desantu is one of our favourite places to hang out. A good alternative to the busier part of the riverside further north, Grunt i Woda (Land & Water) has a classy and modern wooden design, and offers all the summertime ingredients to make people happy: sand, sun, breeze, beer, burgers, deck chairs and fancy drinks. Family-friendly in the afternoons, they often host activities for kids, workshops for adults, yoga and other sobering events before things start heating up after sunset with concerts and DJs. The party allegedly doesn't end until the last person stops dancing, but we haven't put it to the test - will you?
