If ever there was a misnomer. This pub would get high marks for its casual interior, drinks selection and impressive bar food were it not for the ‘service’ that amounts to a euphemism for detachment from its thirsty customers, with draught beer running out at 23:00 on the Friday night we visited.

Just been ripped off 1000 CZK at their bar in Ostrovni by the bar-maid. Did not notice until i left. She gave me change for 1000 CZK instead of the 2000 CZK i gave her - the bar was dark and she was very friendly, making me lower my guard. Yes i am a numpty, but still it should not happen. Beware!

Nice enough place but watch your change! I gave the bar lady a 2000 CZK note and was only given change for 1000 CZK (approx £30 less); but it was only when i got to the next bar i actually noticed. Ok i should have checked at the Dogs Bollocks but i did not. It could have been a genuine mistake but we had similar experiences at other bars too, although the Dogs Bollocks was by far the worse experience.
