With such a large Vietnamese population, you’d think Prague would have some great pho. Unfortunately until the opening of Miss Saigon, good Vietnamese food was hard to find, and great was practically non-existent. We recommend their stuffed rice pancake, wok-fried crispy pork with shrimp, and of course, go for the pho!
