Mlsná kavka

This vegetarian restaurant makes for a nice break when you are looking for something fresh and tasty, in a non-smoking environment. Kid-friendly, the food is an eclectic mix of flavors; try the wild mushrooms with goat cheese and pink peppercorns or the Oven-baked chicory with smoked cheese, pistachios and walnut oil foam. Creatively prepared, and with friendly service; Mlsná kavka is a refreshing find.

I was in Mlsna kavka with some of my friends for the first time yesterday, and we were very pleasantly surprised. Nice vegetarian food - I especially enjoyed the veggie burger, and a very pleasant staff. We also had a baby with us, who was crying for a little bit, so the waiter brought us some toys from their children´s corner and we calmed him down. I really appreciate this behaviour as it is not easy to go to restaurant with small baby. We will definitely come back soon!

It is a vegetarian restaurant and even though I am not a vegetarian, I have been their regular guest for some time now. The atmosfere is very relaxed, it is very baby friendly (big playing corner and dishes for kids) and non-smoking. The service is attentive, I also like the fact that the place is a social enterprise and support people in creating their working habits after going through psychic illnesses. The food is always fresh, they use wide variety of ingredients not so often used in Prague. My hot tips in the current menu are an eggplant from the oven or stir fry, I also like their desserts such as cake with fresh fruit and apricot sauce or a carrot cake.If you are in Prague, give it a try!
