The Mill has the wonderful setting by the tower on the east end of Charles Bridge, and as such the terrace is a veritable who's who of Prague A-listers. Not surprising when the chef is Marek Purkart, the first man to receive the Michelin Bibendum twice. Sample his grilled New Zealand lamb chops with truffle sauce, green broad beans and coucous.
