Raclette Factory

Raclette Factory offers the Swiss cheese speciality raclette, but in fast food-style portions at the counter, hence the name. This gives you the opportunity to taste a handful of different cheese varieties on offer including the blue cheese option, which we immediately fell in love with. Potatoes or bread are served with your local fromage and after you've ordered you can take a seat at one of the wooden tables or at a bar stool to enjoy this gooiest of Swiss treats. Cutlery already awaits you at each table in little milk churns and the bright wood furnishings and red chairs are a cute, modern take on Swiss design. Traditionally locals sip a glass of white wine with raclette and we suggest you do the same. A glass of kirsch, a cherry spirit, is also said to aid in digestion, but that could just be an excuse to drink something strong during the day! Take away and all-you-can eat is also available.
