If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary then you’ll have to leave Old Riga to find this hip space located in a renovated wooden building that has been blessed with a number of huge floor-to-ceiling windows. Difficult to categorise, The Cloud is part hipster hangout, part trendy café and part modern cocktail bar that also happens to serve a variety of cuisine from burgers and grilled cheese sandwiches to Asian soups, pastas and seafood. Expect an unusual interior with a simple black and white colour scheme peppered with art and posters.
