  Kuģu 24      (+371) 67 06 11 11     more than a year ago

Located on the left bank of the River Daugava, many of this hotel's rooms offer incredible views of Old Riga across the water. The facade could use some paint, but singles and doubles are spacious and include TV, mini-bar and private bathrooms. Business travellers can choose business class rooms or suites, which are more spacious and include a few extra perks. An excellent fitness centre with a pool is available as well as conference rooms and a restaurant.

Fantastic. Just fantastic! I'm amazed about the breakfast and I just love the room! We will surely come back and would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat!

I just have visited this property and found its product up to the standard of Radisson and service being very proffessional, friendly and helpfull. Although I would reccomend hotel management to consider upgrading the hotel it was very-nice-to-stay-in experience. dining and especially breakfast was just fantastic. What I liked the most is an opportunity to relax and enjoy hotel atmosphere which was not overloaded with screaming & drinking individuals looking for cheap entertainment.E.L. Graff & friends.

I think this poor hotel Radisson SAS Daugava has passed its days as upmarket - mid-range would be a better description (except for the price). I was really shocked returning to this venue after some years. It is a pity to say that what used to be a beautiful dream-to-come-true place has turned out to be a minor nightmare. If this hotel still has 5 stars, I will never ever trust in any star system again. So what is wrong? When arriving nobody meets you - no bellboys, no nothing. One young lady in the reception is trying to cope with both phone calls and incoming guests. Ending up with a long waiting time (and we were 3 guests only). When entering the room you could feel that it was freezing. The air conditioning was set to 17C and it did not react to any regulation. And the bathroom - I think and hope that it is clean - but all the silicones by the bath tub have turned to orange, yellow and dirty and it looks all worn out and very dirty. The curtains are barely broad enough to cover the window and there is a breeze /and noice from traffic/ coming through all the time. I am very disappointed and would never recommend this hotel to anyone for this price. Something close to 60-70 euro would be much more right.
