Huge funfair in the south of the city, close to Constantin Brancoveanu metro station, and accessible even if you do not have your own transport. There are rides of varying scariness (all of which have to paid for separately), a big wheel offering great views, boat rides and a miniature train. There are also some large, free playgrounds (both indoor and outdoor).
