The Harbour has been around for a while and continues to boast one of the best locations in the city, right on busy Piata Amzei. The big terrace is the real pull during the warmer months, offering as it does a perfect people-watching spot (although the interior is none too shabby either). The food is far better than the Bucharest average, and children are made very welcome, especially at the weekend when there are all sorts of offers for families. We came here for lunch recently and were stunned by how many foreigners were eating here: it must be one of the most popular tourist and visitor spots in town.
