A lot like its famous elder brother at the Hilton in Bucharest, the Sibiu English Bar is a joy in which to take a drink, be it a coffee, beer or a cocktail. Smart service, a friendly crowd of regulars and a refinement difficult to find elsewhere make this almost the perfect drinker. The armchairs are second to none, and almost comfortable enough to fall asleep in.
