Sibiu has a good selection of restaurants, and an excellent range of cafes, both cosy, old school coffee houses and funkier, flashier, more contemporary places. During the summer, almost all of them have terraces out on the city's squares and pedestrian streets.

Tip: To find the best food in Sibiu, get off the beaten track a little bit, and explore the lower part of the Old Town.
