The 5-star Palazzo Hotel’s newest venue is Rosa, an intimate restaurant space by night and European-style café by day with an ivy-covered stone wall, facing the hotel’s immaculate gardens. Rosa opens for special occasions only including a once-monthly wine dinner hosted by a winemaker together with Tsogo Sun’s sommelier, Mauritian-born Miguel Chan. Executive Chef Gerard Vingerling serves up an exquisite five-course fine dining menu, with each plate designed to pair perfectly with the wine or wines selected per course. Cost from R525 per person.
