Traditional Lithuanian cuisine has some serious explaining to do if it claims pizza and pasta as its own but Brikas has far too much going for it to get picky. The copious but very reasonably-priced menu is certainly solid in terms of quality and the location is second to none, being inside the Europa Shopping Centre directly opposite the Mother Russia monument. The sociable buzz of an atmosphere, accompanied by un-intrusive background music and an apologetic waiter explaining that we should've booked in advance, cause us to suspect that there can't be too many days in a year when you'll find it other than hiving.
