There aren't too many really unique options on the Kaliningrad restaurant scene but highly-recommended Borsch & Salo, situated inside the Clover Shopping Centre, certainly stands out from the crowd with its rustic Ukrainian cuisine and decor. From the chunky goodness of their Ukrainian borsch to their creamy ‘Carpathian-style’ rabbit, via as many pickled cucumbers as you care to imagine in one place, it's both different to the standard eatery offering and exceedingly delicious. The sausage-stealing cat strolling down the roof of the entrance clearly knows the score!
