The biggest railway station in Moscow can be reached from Komsomolskaya (Red line, not circle) metro station. In years past, Kazansky was seen as a gateway to the East, and today part of its destinations still fall in that direction. Trains run to Kazan, Tashkent, Samara, Ulan-Ude and Yekaterinburg.
