A favourite with the tour groups, this large Russian restaurant situated in the huge vaulted rooms of one of the Kremlin buildings is one of the most reliable restaurants in town. The menu is long and includes plenty of Russian snacks (zakuski) to accompany a vodka tasting, as well as hearty mains served in clay pots. It can feel a bit off-putting when it's not full, but the quality is good for Suzdal and the staff are more than friendly.
