Great views over the domes and spires of Moscow’s eclectic skyline are found up at the Ararat Park Hyatt’s large yet discreet Conservatory roof terrace. The menu here offers European classics, traditional Russian masterpieces as pancakes with caviar, Kamchatka crab and borshch, and Armenian summer treats like shish kebabs and stuffed vine leaves cooked up by their resident Armenian chef. Also not a bad destination for a quiet glass of wine or a cocktail whilst watching the sun set. Breakfast is served daily from 09:00 - 11:30.
