Founded in 1991 by the Moscow Protestant Chaplaincy, MPC Social Services assists some of the city’s most underprivileged groups through 10 outreach programs including food assistance, medical services, education programs and shelter. Each month 1200 disadvantaged pensioners, single mothers, children and refugees rely on their services.
