If you are in the mood to splurge on a meal and feel like a wealthy Russian businessman, then Novikov Restaurant at the Ritz Carlton is the place for you. The restaurant supposedly mirrors its London and Dubai counterparts- with the sushi overseen by Japanese chef Sae Yamaoka. The decor is nothing special, but the service is exemplary, and for added poshness, wet hand towels are available upon request. The Pan-Asian-centred menu leaves nothing amiss, even including traditional Russian fare. Complimentary vegetables are offered, but the portions of main dishes resemble tapas.
