Bureau's high mirrored ceilings, booths demarcated by red enamel posts, and low mood lighting give this chic little bar a tinge of Oriental elegance. Think the hip districts of Singapore and you're along the right lines. Food is mainly burgers, with some interesting desserts – lavender cheesecake, anyone? It's well-presented and tasty, with fresh ingredients and attention paid to detail. However, the star of the show is the bar's extensive cocktail menu.
