The Cuban owners and Latino staff do their best to entertain guests and create a lively atmosphere at this little South American restaurant near Sennaya ploshchad. While the hot dishes can’t really be described as spicy and the guacamole is a bit flat, the atmosphere is good, especially when there's a live band on and there’s a wide selection of cigars.
