Foggy Dew is a small establishment near Chernyshevskaya, with two more locations throughout the city. The atmosphere seems to cater mostly to local businessmen, who like to sit at the bar and chat with their favourite bartenders while watching sports. There's a good selection of whiskey and beer from the British Isles and classic Irish pub fare, heavy on the roast beef, with a couple of Russian favourites thrown in. The prices, at first glance, seem a bit steep for the kind of food you're getting, but if you come Monday through Friday from 12.00 - 16.00, all of the food on the menu is 20% off.
